The Best Connection Aviation is recruiting Night Passenger Assistant to join our team at London Gatwick Airport.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within the logistics distribution and supply chain industry, providing essential support to passengers requiring additional assistance during their journey through the airport. You will play an important role in ensuring passengers receive a safe, comfortable, and professional service throughout their airport experience.
Pay & Benefits
- £13.45
- £14.71 per hour after 3 months of employment.
- Weekly pay every Friday

Working Hours
- Part-time position
- Night shifts: 22:00 - 04:00
- 4 on / 4 off shift pattern
- Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays when required
Key Responsibilities
As a Night Passenger Assistant, you will:
- Assist passengers requiring additional support throughout the airport.
- Provide professional, friendly, and compassionate assistance.
- Safely support passengers using wheelchairs and electric mobility vehicles.
- Assist with passenger baggage where required.
- Carry out safety checks on mobility equipment and report any issues.
- Maintain equipment in a clean and serviceable condition.
- Communicate effectively with airport teams and colleagues.
- Complete operational documentation accurately.
- Support the wider airport operation during night shifts.
Candidate Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A professional, friendly, and approachable manner.
- The ability to remain calm and helpful in a busy environment.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work a 4 on / 4 off night shift pattern.
Previous experience in the following areas would be beneficial but is not essential:
- Customer service.
- Airport operations.
- Hospitality.
- Healthcare or passenger assistance.
- Supporting people with additional needs.
