Are you an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment? We’re looking for an HR Business Partner to support our Operations and Supply Chain functions across two UK locations acting as the day‑to‑day HR lead and member of the Site Leadership Team at one site, and providing strategic oversight to a second site through a direct HRBP report partnering with leaders to drive people strategies, organizational effectiveness, and business performance.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Partner with Operations and Supply Chain leaders across 2 sites (Haddenham, UK and Peterborough, UK) to align HR strategies with functional goals and objectives.
-Provide guidance on workforce planning, talent management, employee development, performance management, and employee engagement.
-Coach and support managers in building high-performing teams and fostering a positive workplace culture.
-Manage and coach a two-person team.
-Lead and implement HR programs, policies, and initiatives across supported business areas.
-Drive organizational change, HR process improvements, and transformation projects from concept through execution.
-Support organizational design and restructuring initiatives while ensuring consistency and compliance across the business.
-Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and act as a trusted advisor on people-related matters.
