What are we looking for:
We’re looking for a tutor with tutoring or teaching experience who is passionate about helping students learn and make real progress. The qualities we are looking for in the tutor are: friendly, patient, consistent and an excellent communicator, with the ability to engage students and build their confidence. We value tutors who are results-driven—not just academically, but in helping students think independently and develop strong learning habits.
You should have experience tutoring GCSEs including, with a proven track record of supporting student progress. You must also be happy travelling to students’ homes in the Thatcham area.
