Summary

Team Leader – Children's Residential Care

At Arborvitae Care Services, we believe every child deserves a safe, supportive environment where they can thrive. We're looking for an experienced Team Leader to help lead our dedicated teams in delivering outstanding care and positive outcomes for vulnerable young people.

The Role

As a Team Leader, you'll support the day-to-day running of one of our children's homes, leading by example and ensuring young people receive high-quality, compassionate care. You'll motivate and develop your team, promote safeguarding and compliance, and help create a nurturing home where children feel valued, safe, and empowered.

What You'll Need

• Experience as a Team Leader in a children's residential setting (essential)

• Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)

• Full UK driving licence (held for at least 1 year)

• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills

• Good knowledge of safeguarding, children's legislation and care standards

• Experience supervising staff and maintaining accurate records
