Nursery Practitioner (Level 3)
Salary: £29,200 per annum
Full-Time, 40 hours per week

This Good Ofsted-rated nursery is looking for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to become part of a friendly, supportive team. What Our Client Is Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification or above – essential
- Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- A caring, enthusiastic, and child-centred approach
- Good knowledge of the EYFS and child development
- A passion for outdoor learning and encouraging children to explore nature
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Key Responsibilities
- Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, play, and develop with confidence
- Planning and delivering stimulating activities in line with the EYFS, making the most of the nursery's outdoor spaces and forest school sessions
- Building positive relationships with children and supporting their emotional, social, and developmental needs
- Observing, assessing, and recording children's progress, sharing updates with families where appropriate
- Supporting children's independence through play-based learning and everyday routines
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of care and education
- Ensuring the nursery remains a safe, clean, and welcoming environment while following safeguarding and health and safety procedures
