Summary

Established in 1994, ECG Facilities Services is a leading provider of Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) maintenance across the UK. With a strong presence in the commercial, retail and industrial sectors, ECG also delivers specialist services in water hygiene and managed services - operating 24/7, 365 days a year.

We are now recruiting for a Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer, ideally with a facilities maintenance background. Our client base is Managing agents of commercial office blocks & industrial units, Retail & Student Accommodation, Housing association, Football stadiums, Public and Private sector.

Essential duties & Responsibilities

- General Electrical and HVAC plant maintenance

- Maintenance / repairs / replacements of lighting / rewires /electrical testing and all general electrical duties and including all other duties including mechanical & plumbing on site.

- Health and safety awareness.

- To maintain on site log books, permits & site paperwork insuring they are completed and up to date.

- This post will be based on a Mobile role, covering predominantly the Edinburgh area.
