Factory Operative
Location: Rugby
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm
Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour
We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and friendly team in Rugby. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out visual quality checks on lightweight materials at a workstation.
* Maintain the production line to ensure it operates efficiently and smoothly.
* Use shrink-wrap equipment to prepare completed orders for dispatch.
* Rework pallets by stacking materials correctly and removing damaged goods.
* Complete tasks assigned by the Line Leader to support daily production targets.
* Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
What We're Looking For

* Good attention to detail, particularly when carrying out quality inspections.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Reliability and punctuality.
* Previous warehouse or production experience is beneficial but not essential, as training will be provided.
