Summary

Planning Policy and Major Sites Delivery Manager needed in Warwick

This is a temporary role and the hourly rate is £24.69ph PAYE

The reference number is: 5300661

The successful candidate will lead the development, delivery and continual review of the Local Plan and associated Planning Policy documents, ensuring all work is underpinned by a robust evidence base and aligned with the organisation’s priorities for growth and high‑quality development.

They will drive forward site delivery by coordinating strategic infrastructure needs, support the creation of supplementary planning documents and neighbourhood plans, and ensure all policy preparation meets legal requirements and reflects feedback from public consultation. They will work closely with elected members, partners and stakeholders to secure support for proposals, monitor progress against the LDS, and maintain strong oversight of how strategic sites are brought forward to achieve sustainable, well‑planned development across the district.
