Summary

People Partner needed in Sunderland

This is a temporary role and the hourly rate is £21.52ph PAYE

The reference number is: 5300767

The successful candidate will deliver a high‑quality, customer‑focused people service, acting as the primary point of contact for their designated areas and ensuring consistent, risk‑aware and business‑focused people management support. They will confidently oversee operational HR activity, including managing an employee relations caseload covering probation, attendance, investigations, disciplinary, grievance, performance, appeals, organisational change and TUPE.

They will provide clear, timely guidance to managers, proactively identifying solutions and maintaining strong, professional relationships that enhance the overall employee experience. The successful candidate will also lead and support their allocated Co‑ordinator or Assistant, ensuring work is allocated effectively, quality standards are met, and colleagues receive the training and support needed to deliver a reliable, consistent service.
