About the Role
Our client, a leader in their industry, are looking for a passionate, experienced Brow & Lash Brand Educator & Product Specialist to join their growing team. This isn't just a training role — it's a chance to influence how beauty professionals learn, grow, and succeed, while playing a hands-on role in product development and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programmes for beauty professionals — in-person, online, and hybrid
- Conduct engaging workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching sessions
- Create and continuously update training materials, including presentations, handouts, e-learning content, and video tutorials
- Travel to different locations to conduct on-site training and represent the brand at industry events
- Test the efficacy of existing products, conducting trials and gathering customer feedback
- Aid in the development of new products, providing detailed written reports and photographic evidence
- Provide technical guidance to employees and partners on brow and lash services, including Lash Extensions
- Manage training schedules, logistics, and materials
What We’re Looking For
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent: VTCT Level 3 / ITEC Level 3)
- Minimum 2–4 years' hands-on experience** in the Brow & Lash industry
- Experience with e-learning platforms, VR/AR training tools, or gamification strategies
- Good IT skills
- Experience in product development or testing
