We are currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable, family-run dealership in Great Yarmouth for the position of Parts Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Parts Advisor seeking to advance their career within a supportive and professional environment. Duties of a Parts Advisor:

- Providing excellent customer service to both retail and trade clients

- Managing parts stock levels and ensuring availability of required items

- Processing parts orders and sales efficiently and accurately

- Offering technical advice and assistance to customers and colleagues

- Maintaining dealership stock records and ensuring inventory accuracy

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and customers to maximise sales

- Supporting the dealership’s parts department to meet and exceed customer expectations

Requirements of a Parts Advisor:

- Proven experience as a Parts Advisor in a dealership or automotive environment

- Strong organisational and communication skills

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

- Good knowledge of automotive parts and accessories

- Customer-focused attitude with a professional approach

- Valid UK driving licence
