We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Advisor to join a reputable, family-run garage in Woking. The successful individual will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing service bookings, and supporting parts enquiries, all within a well-established workshop.

Duties of a Service Advisor:

- Welcome customers and accurately assess their vehicle service requirements

- Schedule vehicle servicing and maintenance appointments

- Assist with parts sales and manage stock levels

- Provide precise vehicle repair estimates and communicate updates to customers

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service

- Support daily operations of the service department to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow

Requirements of a Service Advisor:

- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor within the motor trade sector

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Ability to manage both service and parts-related tasks effectively

- Organised, professional, and customer-focused approach to work

- Knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes is advantageous

- Ability to work well under pressure and handle high-volume workloads
