Summary

Are you a practical, organised and safety‑focused technician with a passion for supporting learners to achieve their best? We are looking for an Instructor -Electrical Installations to join our team at Aylesbury Campus and play a vital role in supporting high‑quality practical teaching and learning across our Construction provision.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in well‑equipped workshops, supporting staff and students across a range of levels and helping learners develop the skills they need for successful careers in the construction industry.

The successful candidate will be required to:

Support workshop sessions at Levels 2 and 3, appropriate to qualifications and experience as required.

Manage the workshops through liaison with the lecturers and Curriculum Manager to ensure they are equipped and ready for planned practical sessions.

Support, supervise & instruct students whilst in the workshop and within project sessions, both in the presence and absence of the tutor.
