Summary

Location: Oban

Contract: Full Time, Permanent, 40 hours per week

Additional Requirements: Role includes Overtime / Nightshift and Standby Rota. Overtime paid at 1.3x hourly rate, increasing to 1.8x depending on hours workeda

Key Responsibilities

Carry out road construction and resurfacing works

Install kerbing, paving, and drainage systems

Undertake excavation and general groundwork duties

Operate hand tools and small plant machinery safely

Support traffic management and site setup

Assist with general civil engineering tasks as required

Maintain high standards of health & safety at all times
