 Senior Care Coordinator

 Location: Wokingham |  Full-Time |  Health & Social Care Sector

Are you an experienced care coordination professional ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a Senior Care Coordinator to lead and inspire our coordination team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care across our services.

This Senior Care Coordinator role is focused on operational excellence, team development, and financial oversight as well an element of supporting with the management of care packages. If you're passionate about improving systems, supporting teams, and driving service quality, we’d love to hear from you.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Care Coordinators to deliver exceptional service.
  • Oversee rota efficiency, workforce deployment, and compliance processes.
  • Resolve payroll, billing, and timesheet queries with a focus on accuracy and improvement.
  • Collaborate with Clinical, HR, and Operational teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Champion best practices in care coordination, documentation, and system use.

 What You’ll Bring

  • At least 4 years’ experience in care coordination or operational roles in health/social care.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Proven ability to manage finance-related tasks (payroll, billing, rota validation).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • Confidence using care management systems (e.g., One Touch) and Microsoft Office.
  • A full driving licence and access to your own transport.

 Desirable

  • NVQ/QCF Level 3 or higher in Health & Social Care, Management, or related field.
  • Experience managing or mentoring teams.
  • Knowledge of CQC regulations and complex care delivery.
