Summary
To provide high-quality, trauma-informed support to women and children affected by domestic abuse within the refuge and community. The postholder will manage a caseload, undertake risk and needs assessments, develop support plans, liaise with partner agencies, maintain accurate records and contribute to safeguarding and wellbeing. The role also includes supporting day-to-day refuge operations, community outreach, workshops and general administration, while ensuring confidentiality, professionalism and compliance with AASRA Welfare CIC's policies and procedure
