Junior Electrical Engineer - Commercial Office - Fenchurch St - FM Service Provider - Up to £36,000

An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based across London has arisen!

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Junior Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based on a commercial office in Fenchurch Street. He or she will be required to carry out PPMs and reactive building maintenance to both electrical and mechanical systems on site.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of Level 3 in Electrical Installations (or Equivalent) and ideally have some experience in Electrical, mechanical, and general building maintenance, although this is not a necessity. In return, the company offers a competitive salary of up to £36,000, overtime, further training, and a clear route for career progression.

- Salary of £36,000

- Monday to Friday

- 1 in 4 Callout - £120 per week

Hours of work

- Monday to Friday

- 8:00 am to 17:00 pm

- Callout 1 in 4 - £120 Standby Allowance

Key Duties & Responsibilities

- Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)

- Emergency lighting tests

- Control Panels

- Changing Ballast

- BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)

- Maintain and update Log books

- Plumbing - Unblocking toilets

- Pumps, motors

Requirements

- Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3 (Required)

- 18th Edition (Required)

- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates

- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance

- Multi-skilled

- Good communication skills

- Client Facing
