Service Advisor - Hayes, Greater London

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable manufacturer-owned dealership located in Hayes, Greater London, for the position of Service Advisor.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join a well-established team, providing exceptional customer service within a professional environment.

Duties of a Service Advisor:

- Drive the business by increasing sales and profit margins

- Book customer appointments efficiently and accurately

- Match and exceed monthly sales targets

- Process customer paperwork meticulously

- Maintain a professional dealership image and high standards of service

- Build and sustain excellent customer relationships

- Provide advice and support to customers regarding service options and vehicle recommendations

- Collaborate with workshop teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Requirements of a Service Advisor:

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a garage or dealership

- Full UK driving licence

- Kerridge experience is advantageous

- Strong organisational and customer service skills

- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and within a team

- Knowledge of automotive trade practices and sales techniques

- Motivated individual with a desire to improve their skills

- Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude
