Summary

Service Advisor - Farnborough

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Service Advisor to join a reputable dealership in Farnborough.

This opportunity is ideal for a professional with a proven track record in managing high workloads within a busy automotive environment.

- Basic salary of £32,000 per annum, with an uncapped OTE of approximately £41,600+

Duties of a Service Advisor:

- Managing an average of 11 jobs per day, ensuring efficient workflow and high customer satisfaction

- Handling customer enquiries and providing professional advice on services and repairs

- Processing vehicle repairs, quotes, and administrative tasks using systems such as Keyloop Drive and RTC

- Upselling service plans, tyres, and additional maintenance options where appropriate

- Maintaining high standards of customer communication, follow-up, and service excellence

- Collaborating effectively within a high-pressure team environment to meet dealership targets

Requirements of a Service Advisor:

- Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a busy dealership

- Ability to manage high workloads efficiently and calmly

- Excellent communication and organisational skills

- A team-oriented attitude with a proactive and positive approach

- Flexibility to work Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 6.00pm, and on every third Saturday morning
