Duties of a Car Sales Executive:

- Engage with customers via email, phone, online platforms, and face-to-face

- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles

- Arrange test drives and conduct product demonstrations

- Promote accessories and additional services post-vehicle selection

- Complete all necessary paperwork for each sale

- Develop and maintain a strong customer database

- Prospect new sales opportunities and increase dealership customer base

- Coordinate with the service team to ensure pre-loved cars are prepared to high standards

Requirements of a Car Sales Executive:

- At least 2 years of experience as a Car Sales Executive within a main dealership environment

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Driven, ambitious, and eager to progress within the motor trade

- Self-motivated with a professional approach to sales and customer relationships

- Valid UK driving licence
