Summary

A Senior Paid Media Executive is needed to join TDMP, an award winning digital marketing agency that's built its reputation on long term client partnerships, strategic thinking and delivering measurable business growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Paid Media professional looking to take the next step in their career. Rather than simply managing campaigns, you'll have the opportunity to take real ownership of client accounts, influence strategy, and work alongside experienced specialists who will help you continue developing both technically and commercially.

At TDMP you'll be trusted to do your job. There are no rigid agency playbooks or layers of micromanagement, just a collaborative team that values curiosity, initiative and good judgement. If you enjoy asking questions, testing ideas and finding better ways to improve performance, you'll fit in well here.

Working across a varied portfolio of lead generation and B2B clients, you'll manage campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta, helping clients generate high quality leads while continually improving performance. You'll work closely with the Head of Paid Media, contribute to strategic discussions, collaborate with SEO, Content and Web teams, and build trusted relationships with your clients. The role offers hybrid or remote working (UK) with access to the Derby HQ when required.
