Summary

Location: Doncaster DE14

Salary: National Minimum Wage

Hours: Tuesday to Saturday, rotating shifts:

- 6:00am - 4:00pm

- 9:00am - 7:00pm

We are currently seeking a reliable and organised Transport Administrator to join our busy transport team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their administrative career within a fast-paced logistics environment, with opportunities for the role to expand and grow over time.

Your Time at Work

Key Responsibilities

- Providing administrative support to the transport operation

- Accurate data entry and maintenance of transport records

- Producing and monitoring transport KPIs

- Monitoring Microlise reports and taking appropriate action where required

- Supporting the transport team with day-to-day operational tasks

- Investigating and resolving transport-related queries

- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation

- Assisting with reporting and performance analysis

Our Perfect Worker

- Previous administration experience preferred

- Strong data entry and organisational skills

- Good attention to detail and accuracy

- Confident using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities effectively

- Strong communication skills

- Experience using Microlise would be advantageous, but not essential
