About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Warehouse Operatives to join a fast-growing and well-established wholesale distribution business. Supplying a wide range of products across the UK, our client prides itself on delivering exceptional service and efficient order fulfilment.

This role is ideal for people who enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, takes pride in accuracy, and is committed to maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities

Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently

Receiving, checking, and storing incoming deliveries

Loading and unloading goods safely

Maintaining stock accuracy and assisting with stock counts

Ensuring products are stored correctly and warehouse areas remain organised

Preparing orders for dispatch within strict deadlines

Following health and safety procedures at all times

Assisting with general warehouse duties as required

What We're Looking For

Previous warehouse experience is essential, A minimum of 2 years

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good organisational and time-management skills

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Ability to work in a physically demanding role, including lifting and moving stock

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Strong written and verbal English skills

Desirable Skills

Experience using handheld scanners or warehouse management systems

Counterbalance or Reach Forklift Licence (advantageous but not essential)
