£13.45 per hour
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
08:00 - 16:30

Transport Provided
Start and finish your day at our client's Darlaston site.

The Role
As a Yard Operative / FLT Counterbalance Driver, you'll play an important role in ensuring the smooth running of a busy yard environment.
Your duties will include:
- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck to move metal materials safely around the site
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Organising, storing, and relocating stock within the yard
- Supporting manual handling and general yard operations
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
- Working independently and as part of a supportive team
✅ What We're Looking For
- Valid FLT Counterbalance Licence (Essential)
- Comfortable undertaking physical/manual work
- Good communication skills
- Reliable, positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Commitment to health & safety procedures
