Job Title: Skilled Assembly & Production Operative

Location: Oldham

Salary: £12.71 per hour

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Thursday -06:00-15:00, Friday 06:00-11.30

About the Role:

We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals with experience in assembly or production environments to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role where attention to detail, precision, and efficiency are essential. You will be working on a variety of production tasks using hand tools and power tools, so you must be comfortable and confident in a practical, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble components and products according to specifications and quality standards.

Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.

Follow production schedules and meet daily targets.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Report any quality or safety issues to your supervisor promptly.

Work collaboratively as part of a team to support production goals.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a production or assembly role (warehousing or food production experience not suitable).

Strong recent work history with verifiable references.

Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks for extended periods.

Comfortable using hand tools and power tools.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Reliable, punctual, and flexible within shift patterns.
