A reliable and compassionate Personal Assistant is required to support a 24-year-old man with OCD. The role involves providing practical support with day-to-day administrative tasks and shopping, helping to maintain independence and reduce stress around everyday activities.
The successful applicant should be patient, trustworthy, organised, and respectful of confidentiality.
Experience supporting someone with OCD, autism, anxiety, or mental health needs would be beneficial but is not essential.
As trust and familiarity are important, it may take some time to build a rapport initially. Therefore, the ideal applicant will be understanding, consistent, and willing to work at a pace that allows a positive working relationship to develop naturally.

The roles and responsibilities will include:
- Provide administrative support, including completing paperwork, filling out forms, managing emails, and organising appointments
- Assist with both online and in-person shopping, ensuring items meet individual needs and preferences

- Offer consistent, calm, patient, and understanding support, adapting approach to suit individual circumstances
