We are currently seeking experienced, caring, and patient Mental Health/Learning Disability Care Assistants who are passionate about making a genuine difference in people's lives. This role is a full time (minimum 36 hours a week) supported living /domiciliary care based in the HU5 area, with both day and night shifts available.

Key Responsibilities

As a Mental Health Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality, person-centred support, including:

• Administering medication in accordance with care plans and company policies

• Delivering care in line with individualised support plans

• Supporting clients to maintain their daily routines and independence

• Accompanying clients to appointments, social activities, and community outings

• Promoting dignity, respect, choice, and wellbeing at all times

• Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns appropriately
