Summary
Warehouse Operative – Deeside
We are recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy distribution site in Deeside. This role is suitable for both experienced candidates and those new to warehouse work, with full training provided. It offers a consistent shift pattern, competitive pay, and opportunities for overtime.
Location: Deeside, CH5 2LL
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off (fixed days or fixed nights)
Pay Rates
Day shift:
- Standard: £13.71 per hour (07:00–19:00)
- Overtime: £17.90 per hour
Night shift:
- Standard: £14.71 per hour (19:00–07:00)
- Overtime: £18.90 per hour
Key Responsibilities
• Pick and pack orders accurately in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Load, unload, and move stock safely throughout the site.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and organisation.
• Follow all health, safety, and site compliance procedures.
• Support team targets and daily operational performance.
Shift Pattern
• 4 days on, followed by 4 days off
• Fixed day shift: 07:00–19:00
• Fixed night shift: 19:00–07:00
• Consistent schedule to support work-life balance
• Overtime available for those who want to increase earnings
Candidate Requirements
• Candidates must be aged 18 or over.
• Candidates must be willing to handle alcohol products as part of the role.
• No previous warehouse experience is required — full induction and on-site training are provided.
• You should be comfortable with manual handling tasks in line with site guidelines.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a good attendance record are important.
• You should be able to work well as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude.
• You should be comfortable working in a busy, high-volume warehouse environment.
