Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out first and second fix carpentry
- Installation and repair of doors, frames, skirting, architraves, kitchens, and flooring
- General maintenance and remedial joinery work
- Ensure work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety requirements
- Maintain a clean and professional working environment
- Communicate effectively with tenants, clients, and colleagues
