Summary

General Building Operative needed in Swansea

This is a temporary role and the rate is £15ph

The successful candidate will carry out routine repairs and maintenance to tenanted properties. They ill undertake a wide range of maintenance works in domestic properties, to include decoration, joinery and general maintenance and repairs.
