Summary

Duties of a Vehicle Technician:

- Conducting vehicle inspections and diagnostics efficiently

- Performing repairs, maintenance, and servicing to manufacturer standards

- Diagnosing faults accurately using the latest diagnostic equipment as a Vehicle Technician

- Ensuring all work is completed with high levels of quality and attention to detail

- Maintaining a clean and safe workshop environment

- Providing excellent customer service and technical advice when required

- Recording all work carried out and completing relevant documentation

Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:

- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or similar role within the motor trade

- Relevant qualifications such as NVQ, MOT Tester, or equivalent accreditation

- Strong diagnostic and repair skills with a professional approach

- Pride in workmanship and attention to detail

- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

- Full UK driving licence

- Excellent organisational skills and a proactive attitude
