We are currently recruiting for the position of Assistant Sales Manager on behalf of our client, a reputable dealership located in Southend-On-Sea, Essex. Duties of a Assistant Sales Manager:

- Managing daily sales operations and supporting the sales team to achieve targets

- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies

- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships as a Assistant Sales Manager

- Mentoring and guiding junior staff members to maximise team performance

- Ensuring compliance with all company policies and industry standards

- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to optimise sales prospects

Requirements of a Assistant Sales Manager:

- Proven management experience within the motor trade, such as senior sales, assistant sales manager, or sales controller

- Full, clean UK driving licence

- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

- Proactive attitude with a strong drive to succeed

- Knowledge of automotive industry standards and current market trends
