We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable automotive dealership in Wimbledon, for the position of Service Advisor. Duties expected of the Service Advisor:

- Interpreting customer concerns and liaising with technicians to ensure smooth service delivery

- Greeting customers and booking service appointments efficiently

- Estimating repair times and costs

- Handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally

- Tracking vehicle progress through the workshop process

- Providing excellent customer service to promote customer satisfaction

- Communicating effectively with the workshop team and customers

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a Service Advisor role within a main dealership

- Excellent communication and organisational skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

- Knowledge of automotive systems and workshop procedures

- Professional, customer-focused attitude

- Flexibility to work on a rota, including some Saturday mornings

- A proactive approach to contributing to team success and dealership growth
