This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled FLT operator looking for stable, long-term employment with consistent hours and regular overtime.Shift PatternDays: 5:00am – 1:30pmAfternoons: 1:30pm – 10:00pmRotating weekly shiftsPay & Benefits£12.82 per hourOvertime paid after 8 hours worked each dayPermanent, full-time positionFriendly and supportive working environmentOngoing training and development opportunitiesThe RoleThis is a dedicated Counterbalance FLT role where you'll spend your shift operating the truck, loading, unloading, and moving stock safely around the warehouse. There is no requirement to get off the forklift to carry out general warehouse duties, allowing you to focus on driving throughout your shift.Key ResponsibilitiesOperating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently.Loading and unloading vehicles.Moving palletised goods around the warehouse and yard.Stacking and storing products accurately.Carrying out daily equipment checks.Following all health and safety procedures.What We're Looking ForValid, in-date Counterbalance FLT licence or accredited certification.Previous Counterbalance driving experience.Good awareness of health and safety.Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.A positive attitude and strong work ethic.If you're an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver looking for a permanent role with excellent hours, regular overtime, and the opportunity to stay on the truck throughout your shift, we'd love to hear from you.Apply today by submitting your CV, and a member of our recruitment team will be in touch.
