Summary
We are recruiting an experienced and motivated Nursery Deputy Manager to join a well-established nursery in London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Room Leader, Third in Charge, or Deputy Manager looking to progress their career within a supportive and professional early years setting.
As Nursery Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Nursery Manager to support the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring high-quality childcare and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and Ofsted requirements. You will help lead and motivate the staff team, oversee safeguarding, support children's learning and development, maintain accurate records, and build positive relationships with parents and carers.
We are looking for a confident and organised leader who is passionate about delivering outstanding early years education and creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience and qualifications.
