Summary

Warehouse Operative - Freezer Warehouse, Reading

Join a leading national company as a warehouse operative in a freezer environment. Multiple shifts are available to suit your schedule, offering excellent pay and the chance to develop your career in a dynamic warehouse setting.

Shift Patterns: Shifts can change on a weekly basis, these are as follows:

Sunday to Thursday

Tuesday to Saturday

Pay & time of shifts:

AM Shift: 06:00 - 14:00 £14.89/hr

Night Shift: 22:00 - 06:00 £17.61/hr

Key Responsibilities:

Picking stock accurately using LLOP systems.

Maintaining a pick accuracy rate of 90-100%.

Ensuring orders are prepared efficiently and to a high standard.

Collaborating effectively with your team to meet daily targets.

Performing general warehouse duties, including loading, unloading, and stock management.

Requirements:

Experience using LLOP is an advantage but not essential.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.

Physically capable of lifting (25kg), loading, and carrying items.

Reliable, flexible, and proactive attitude.
