Job Overview

We are seeking skilled and reliable Painter & Decorators to join our team to complete decorating work in the following locations- Leeds. The successful candidates will be responsible for applying paint and other finishes to ceilings, walls and woodwork, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming prior to painting or decorating

Apply paint, varnish, wallpaper, and other finishes using brushes, rollers

Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of quality and safety standards

Maintain a clean and organised work environment at all times

Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and suppliers regarding project progress and requirements

Assist in the planning and organising of decorating schedules for multiple projects

Requirements

Proven experience in painting and decorating

Strong communication skills

Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Good organisational skills with attention to detail

Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to painting and decorating tasks
