Summary
ROLE: Painter / DecoratorHOURS: 36 hrs/weekLOCATION: London

We're looking for a Painter/Decorator (Handyperson) who will support multiple Mitie client sites by delivering high-quality painting, decorating, and general building maintenance services in a safe and efficient manner.
Role Responsibilities:• Carry out painting and decorating tasks across various client sites to a high standard• Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations and client expectations• Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repair works• Record accurate maintenance data, including materials used and time taken• Identify and report defects, vulnerabilities, and scope issues to improve service delivery
Required Qualifications:Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.
• Experience in facilities management, construction, or building maintenance environments• Relevant qualification (City & Guilds Level 2/3) in Painting & Decorating or similar trade• Proven ability to deliver high-quality maintenance and repair work
