- Monday to Friday working hours, 8:00am – 5:30pm

Duties of the Diagnostic Vehicle Technician:

- Conduct vehicle diagnostics using state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment

- Perform mechanical repairs and electrical fault-finding tasks

- Carry out MOT testing (MOT tester qualification preferred)

- Diagnose complex vehicle issues across a variety of brands, specialising in certain vehicle makes

- Ensure all work is completed to high standards within set timeframes

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all work undertaken

- Adhere to health and safety protocols at all times

Requirements of the Diagnostic Vehicle Technician:

- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent automotive qualification

- MOT tester qualification (desirable but not essential)

- Strong diagnostic skills with attention to detail

- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude

- Well-organised and tidy work ethic

- Willingness to undertake additional training in hybrid and electric vehicle systems

- Experience working in a fast-paced workshop environment
