Summary

Our client, a reputable independent German vehicle specialist based in South Gloucestershire, is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their professional team. - No weekend work; Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm

Duties as a Vehicle Technician:

- Conduct fault diagnosis and problem-solving

- Perform vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs

- Maintain high-quality workmanship to exacting standards

- Complete job cards and documentation accurately

- Utilise diagnostic systems including ISTA+, VCDS, Autel, WOW!, ODIS, ICOM, Xentry, and Maverick Diagnostics

- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards

- Work collaboratively with the Workshop Manager and team to meet workshop targets

Requirements for the Vehicle Technician Role:

- Proven hands-on experience in vehicle repair and diagnostics

- Strong diagnostic skills, experience with industry-standard tools and systems (ISTA+, VCDS, Autel, etc.)

- Formal qualifications (IMI/NVQ in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair) are desirable but not essential

- Time-served technicians with demonstrable ability will be considered

- Experience working with German vehicles is advantageous but not essential

- Organised, methodical, and committed to high standards

- Confident team player with a strong work ethic

- Ability to adapt in a busy independent workshop environment
