Duties:

- As a Telesales Executive, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, delivering a first-class customer experience

- Promote vehicles and related services effectively, maximising sales opportunities

- Respond to website and inbound inquiries, specifically within the rental division

- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of products and services to inform your sales approach

- Consistently work towards and surpass sales targets

- Build and nurture rapport with customers, fostering repeat business in the role of Telesales Executive

Requirements:

- Proven telesales experience in any industry, demonstrating the ability to succeed in a sales environment

- Strong communication skills with a confident and professional phone manner

- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to overcome objections

- High attention to detail, especially when managing rental products and customer data

- Target-driven mindset, with the motivation to thrive in a dynamic environment

- No motor trade experience is necessary; full training will be provided for the right professional
