Job Overview;

Lead and support your team to consistently deliver an exceptional guest experience. Working collaboratively, you'll maximise revenue opportunities by ensuring every team member is confident in upselling products and services, promoting current offers, and providing knowledgeable recommendations that enhance each guest's visit.

Key Skills and qualities;

Previous experience in a supervisory role in a hospitality food & beverage department
Ability of working in a professional, efficient, high quality, service-oriented operation
A good knowledge on wines and spirits
Excellent team motivator and team builder
