Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for enthusiastic and flexible childcare professionals qualified to Level 2, Level 3 or above to join our nurseries as Bank Staff, with the potential opportunity to move into a permanent full-time role, should this become available and be of interest to you.

We are building a reliable support team to cover staffing needs during periods of sickness, holidays, and other absences. For the right candidates, there may be opportunities to work up to 10 hours per day, Monday to Friday, depending on your availability.

You will be working across our welcoming settings at Kings Ash, Curledge Street Academy, and Furzeham Nursery & Primary School. We will provide Safeguarding, and any other relevant training required to support you in working effectively within our settings.

This role is particularly well suited to someone with previous childcare experience who is looking to return to work gradually or who needs flexibility around existing commitments.

Key requirements:

• Level 2 / Level 3 childcare qualification (or above) - desirable

• Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting

• A flexible and reliable approach

• A genuine passion for supporting children’s development
