As a Part-time Secondary Class Teacher with our client, no two days will be quite the same. One moment, you might be leading a lively discussion on the causes of the French Revolution; the next, you could be guiding students through a hands-on experiment in the science lab. Throughout it all, you'll be drawing on your expert subject knowledge, creative teaching strategies, and keen understanding of adolescent development to inspire and support your students.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons that meet the National Curriculum standards

- Assessing students' progress and providing constructive feedback to help them reach their full potential

- Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the school

- Maintaining detailed records and documentation to track student achievement

- Attending staff meetings and professional development workshops to continuously improve your teaching skills

Our client is seeking part-time Secondary Class Teachers who possess the following qualifications and attributes:

- A relevant teaching qualification, such as a PGCE or QTS, with experience teaching in a secondary school setting

- Excellent subject knowledge and the ability to present complex topics in a clear, accessible manner

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds

- A passion for education and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of young people

- Creativity, flexibility, and a willingness to adapt teaching strategies to meet the unique needs of each student

- Strong organisational and time-management skills to juggle lesson planning, marking, and administrative duties
