Summary
We are currently recruiting for a Machine Operative to join a friendly and well-established plastic manufacturing factory based in the HU7 area.
This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate, offering stability and the chance to develop new skills within a clean, non-food environment.
Shift Pattern:
⦠4 on / 4 off shift rotation
⦠12-hour shifts
⦠1 hour break per shift (can be taken as 3 x 20-minute breaks)
⦠6pm-6am OR 6am-6pm (NOT Rotating)
Pay Rate:
⦠£13.31- £13.49 (Days)
⦠£14.29- £14.49 (Nights)
Key Responsibilities:
⦠Sorting and handling boxes of plastic caps
⦠Completing basic paperwork accurately
⦠General manual handling duties
⦠Learning to set up and operate machinery
About You:
⦠Reliable and hardworking
⦠Willing to learn and develop new skills
⦠Comfortable with manual handling tasks
⦠Able to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating pattern
⦠Can work ongoing Night or Day shifts
