Summary
Working Hours:
12:00pm – 2:30pm
5:30pm – 8:30pm
(Split shifts, Wednesday to Sunday)
As the Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality meals while leading a small kitchen team. You will be supported by two Kitchen Assistants, allowing you to focus on producing excellent food and maintaining smooth kitchen operations.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
• Previous experience working as a Chef in a busy kitchen
• A passion for producing quality food
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• The ability to lead and work effectively with a small team
• A current Food Hygiene Certificate (preferred)
