Summary
A lovely family based in London is seeking a Full-time or Part-time Afterschool Nanny-PA to help care for their two children, aged 5 and 8 years old, while supporting the smooth running of the family household. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience and will speak fluent English. Someone organised, proactive, reliable, and confident balancing childcare duties with PA and household administration would be ideal for this role. The nanny will be responsible for collecting the children from school in Notting Hill, ensuring their safety and well-being, preparing meals and snacks, helping with homework, and supporting their daily routines. The role will also include engaging the children in interactive play, educational activities, and outdoor outings such as visits to the park. The PA side of the role will include grocery shopping, managing deliveries, arranging maintenance, keeping up to date with school commitments, liaising with parents and teachers, and managing household admin. The candidate will also assist with administrative duties relating to the family’s properties in the UK, Greece, and Tel Aviv, including maintenance, staff management, invoices, and payments. The candidate should be mindful of food safety, as one child has a severe tree nut allergy. A driver is required for this role, and the candidate should be confident driving an automatic car. Worldwide travel with the family may also be required. A valid first aid certification is required for this role.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, afternoons. Exact hours to be discussed. Around 30 to 40 hours per week.
Duties include:
collecting the children from school in Notting Hill
caring for two children, aged 5 and 8 years old
ensuring the children’s safety, well-being, and development
preparing dinner, meals, and snacks for the children
being mindful of a severe tree nut allergy
keeping the children’s bedrooms and play areas clean and organised
engaging the children in interactive play and educational activities
arranging outdoor outings, such as visits to the park
helping with homework
supporting the children’s educational growth
maintaining consistent daily routines
managing grocery shopping and household deliveries
arranging household maintenance
managing the children’s laundry and wardrobe
keeping up to date with school commitments and parent group chats
liaising with parents and teachers at school
helping with property-related admin for homes in the UK, Greece, and Tel Aviv
assisting with maintenance, staff management, invoices, and payments
completing other reasonable household and family admin tasks
travelling worldwide with the family when required
The family is looking for someone who can start on 1 September 2026.
