Location: London, E14 9SH / Birmingham - with regular travel

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract - 12 months

We are seeking a Business Improvement Manager to support a major stabilisation programme within a high-profile, complex account environment.

​This role offers significant visibility, working closely with senior leadership to drive performance, improvement, and operational effectiveness across a demanding and fast-paced setting.

Job Description

This is a hands-on, change-focused role where you will lead business improvement initiatives, troubleshoot operational challenges, and help identify opportunities to enhance service delivery.

​You will play a key role in ensuring that processes, systems, and performance outcomes continually evolve to meet business and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Drive business improvement and change initiatives across operational delivery

Identify process inefficiencies and implement practical solutions to enhance performance

Act as a “troubleshooter” to resolve emerging operational issues quickly and effectively

Review operational processes and investigate service delivery challenges

Analyse root causes of issues and develop actionable recommendations

Produce presentations and reports to support senior leadership decision-making

Lead and govern transformation initiatives and continuous improvement projects

Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to improve customer outcomes and commercial performance

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Proven experience within Facilities Management, supporting senior account leadership with a focus on operational performance and service delivery

Experience managing service delivery within complex, customer-focused environments

Experience working with and developing CAFM systems

Experience within a national operational delivery environment

Ability to use management data to monitor performance and identify improvements

Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on delivering against targets

Highly adaptable with a positive approach to change and innovation

Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

Advanced analytical capability and attention to detail

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the UK
