Summary
You must be able to work alone, and work along side others. This is for a number of council contracts, some properties will be empty and some will have Tennants, and some will be working over brand new fitted kitchens and bathrooms, so must be clean and tidy. Must be Reliable. These works will be carried out all over Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire.
