About the Role

We are looking for caring, reliable, and experienced Care Workers to join our agency team in Swindon. This is a flexible role, allowing you to choose shifts that fit around your availability while supporting a range of care settings, including residential care homes, nursing homes, and supported living services.

You will provide high-quality care and support to individuals, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and wellbeing.

Duties Include

Providing personal care and support.

Assisting with daily living activities.

Supporting service users with mobility where required.

Encouraging independence and promoting dignity.

Recording and reporting accurately.

Following care plans, safeguarding procedures, and company policies.

Working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
